Last week I was given Thad Cockrell’s To Be Loved CD. This is the first I’ve heard of Thad Cockrell, and I look forward to hearing more of his music. This week has been quite hectic, and Thad Cockrell’s music has been therapeutic. The EP exhibits a unique blend of soulful lyrics with folksy (at times almost country) hooks and chilled out riffs. It’s very good. Give it a listen.
